I understand that situations may arise that could force you to cancel or postpone your treatment. Please understand, however, that your treatment time is reserved exclusively for you, meaning no other clients are offered this time and date. Changes to your appointment affect your esthetician and other clients. When you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours to avoid cancellation fee. SkinCare Sanctuary by Madeline will charge you 50% cancellation fee for no-shows and 30% cancellation fee within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
